Delete your QuotaFlo account and data

This page explains how to permanently delete your QuotaFlo AI account and the data associated with it. You can do it yourself in the app, or request it by email.

Option 1 — Delete it in the app (fastest)

Open QuotaFlo AI and unlock it.
Go to More → Settings.
Tap Delete Account (red).
Type DELETE to confirm.

This erases all data stored on your device immediately and requests deletion of your online account.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t open the app, email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete your account login record within 30 days.

What gets deleted

On your device: all jobs, quotes, invoices, materials, mileage trips, client details, your business profile and app settings.
On our servers: your account login record (email). Quote-approval links you have shared are stored separately and are not linked to your login — they are not deleted automatically, but you can ask us to remove specific ones.

Note: some data may be retained only where we’re legally required to (e.g. tax/financial records held by our payment processor). Backups you exported yourself stay on your own device until you delete them.
